Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 2026

Ltd Accountancy Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data and respecting your privacy. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. It applies to information collected through this website (www.ltdaccountancy.co.uk).

Ltd Accountancy Ltd is the data controller for the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

1. What information we collect

We only collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us through the contact form on this website. This may include:

  • Your name
  • Your email address
  • Any other information you choose to include in your message

We do not use cookies, tracking technologies, or analytics tools on this website. We do not collect any data automatically when you visit.

2. How we use your information

We use the information you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your enquiry
  • Assess whether we are able to assist you with accountancy services

We will not use your data for marketing purposes without your explicit consent, and we will never sell or share your data with third parties for their own purposes.

3. Legal basis for processing

We process your personal data on the basis of legitimate interests — specifically, responding to enquiries from people who have chosen to contact us — and, where relevant, with a view to entering into a contract to provide accountancy services.

4. How we store your information

Contact form submissions are received via Netlify Forms and forwarded to our secure email inbox (hosted by Google Workspace). We retain enquiry emails for as long as reasonably necessary to respond and follow up, and no longer than 12 months unless an ongoing client relationship is established.

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

5. Third party services

This website uses the following third party services:

  • Netlify — website hosting and contact form processing. Netlify's privacy policy is available at netlify.com/privacy
  • Google Workspace — email hosting. Google's privacy policy is available at policies.google.com/privacy
  • Google Fonts — font delivery. This may result in a request to Google's servers when you visit this site. No personal data is stored by Google Fonts beyond standard server logs.
  • Acuity Scheduling — appointment booking. If you book an appointment via our booking link, you will be subject to Acuity's own privacy policy, available at acuityscheduling.com/privacy.php

6. Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Object to or restrict our processing of your data
  • Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us at info@ltdaccountancy.co.uk.
